2 working days notice, is required for all repeat prescriptions ordered. Please note Bank Holidays and submissions of requests after 5pm are not working days, hence be well prepared with your repeat medications.

In order to keep phone lines free for emergencies and appointment requests, it is recommended that ordering is done in one of the following ways in decreasing preference.

• Via Stamped Addressed Envelope. Please tick the relevant medications required on the white coloured Repeat Prescription Order Form, which is attached to the right hand side of your green prescription.

• At the Reception desk, with your Repeat Medication Order form for reference.

Confusion and problems with ordering arise if messages are given verbally at the desk or over the phone.

Please use your Repeat Medication Order Form at all times.

Acute Medications
Medications requested that are not on your Repeat List take longer as they require doctor assessment, advices or even a consultation before they can be issued. Please do not use the website to request these.
