Senior Receptionist
Responsible for office organisation/management and the other Receptionists, and is available to assistyou.

Receptionists
The first members of the team you will come into contact with each day between 8am -> 5pm on week-days. They are here to help you and when you request medical attention may ask you for information.

If you have any queries about test results, prescriptions, and hospital appointments etc., please telephone between 1.30 and 3pm.  This is to enable Reception staff to focus on surgeries.

During the week from 5pm-8pm, there will be a skeleton staff of PCT- employed evening Receptionists covering all the GP’s Reception desks at Montague Health Centre. If you have a query/prescription request for the day time receptionists during these later hours, the evening Receptionists will take some details and communicate the message via the evening message book/surgery email system. The request will be dealt with during the following day normal working hours.
